About delivery
For digital products (embroidery designs) delivery is made in electronic format to your email address, within a maximum of 24-48 hours from order validation.
If the delivery is about digital (virtual) products, such as embroidery motifs, they are sent on the email from which the order was placed, only after confirmation of receipt and do not involve additional shipping costs.
Please be attention the embroidery designs it is not instant download type, you will receive these in a different email message in accordance with each order and your machine type that you specifiy.

How much does shipping cost?
For digital products, which are sent by email, there are no shipping fees.

Product returns
For digital products (such as embroidery designs) return is not accepted and it's not possible.
