Please note: the embroidery files on this site are not instant download type.
Your files will be sent by a separate email message after the payment process is complete.
They will be sent in any format for any type of computerized embroidery machine, as you fill in your order form. If you forgot to fill that in the order form, please write us an email message with the type of machine ( for example, BROTHER - PES, BERNINA - EXP, JANOME - JEF, SINGER - XXX, etc.) and the number of your order.
Each order will include the archive with the embroidery files and a very useful PREVIEW CATALOG (PDF file), to help quickly locate any included design and to see all detailed thechnical info, the size, color and number of stitches.
Because it is digital products, we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
But if you have problems with the files in your order, please contact us, we will try to solve any situation in amiabile way.
If you want to try the texture for the cross stich designs please write an email with the subject: “I want a free trial design for my machine…..” and please specify the type of you embroidery machine (for eg. BROTHER machines, it's working with PES files)
